Licensed Homes

Quest, Inc. is CARF accredited and operates licensed group homes in 4 Michigan counties:
  • Wayne
  • Washtenaw
  • Macomb
  • Oakland
These are usually 4-6 bed homes and vacancies are filled through referrals from our contracting agencies in the respective county.

In Wayne County, our contracting agency is Community Living Services (CLS). In Washtenaw County, it is Washtenaw Community Health Organization (WCHO) and in Macomb and Oakland Counties, our contracting agency is Macomb-Oakland Regional Center (MORC). The homes are monitored through the Office of Children and Adult Licensing (OCAL) and are inspected by them every two years for compliance to established regulations and are audited quarterly by us for compliance.
